Yeah back in the day we had the souped up civics and supras and so forth, we did a few swaps of the vtec dual cam integra engine to a very light CRX 91.
Then everyone began to fall back and cop the bmw 325i and chill, we grew it out.
It's still a few dudes out here on that rah rah stuff, driving in the far right lane for emergency stops only, idiots...
they racing the WRX's and so forth now.
I remember when dodge canned the SRT-4 cuz it caused problems, 220 horsepower I think and that car was light.
Keep in mind this way back when the cars were mad light, like 2200 pounds with 250+ horsepower, they moved on the highway.
Ya'll young, ya'll don't know about those older 91 supras were basically death traps due to oversteer...
then the 93-96 supra came and crushed the building doing 170 on the highway.
