Oh this was live? I was wondering why he said bytch so much and they didn’t edit it down lol :laff:

It's a Netflix special. It was always gonna be uncensored
This doesn't even make sense... Will didn't slap him for calling HIM a bytch.. He smacked him for talking about his woman's health condition

Did anyone else talk about his wife's health condition? In their face?

Didn't think so...

:stopitslime: He slapped him because shyt hit a boiling point and he saw a smaller man that likely wasn't going to do anything. I don't see why people keep defending Will when even HE himself expresses regret and wishes he wouldn't have done it. shyt even Jada was like

Eh... after this? I seriously doubt it. In fact I think the Fresh Prince probably wants all the smoke now.

Man aint nothing gone happen. Will gone be his happy self and keep it moving. Chris deserved his chance to clap back. He did and it's done. At least Chris is a real nikka and didn't file charges.

naw will smith will always look like the loser in the publics eye no matter what happens. Dude snapped and hit another man on the Grammys.

Only single men without wives and righteous attachments agree with this. Only thing Will did wrong was not catch him backstage or at an after party. But I get it,yall dont understand what its like to be one with a woman:respect:

Nah it makes perfect sense. It's clear something was festering in Will after the whole damn internet clowned him and Jada emasculated him on Red Table Talk. Chris' joke about her shaved head was what Will used to to try to prove to Jada and the world that he isn't a bytch...which ironically just made him look like more of an emotional unstable bytch because he took it out on a guy who is half his size and cried about it afterwards. Will was projecting that night. That's Chris whole point.
Yeah, that's how Chris and his nut huggers want to frame it.
But the truth is Chris earned that slap.
His outrage lies in the fact that he got comfortable hiding behind comedy and if anyone would pull his skirt up publicly, he never thought it would be goody two shoes Will Smith.

Comedians love to play the victim:
Case in point. Belzer kept poking at Hogan talking about how fake wrestling was in the segment prior to this:

So. :jbhmm:
Chris' rationale is that because he's a beta male, he's fragile, and thus must be exempt from male rules of engagement.
Got it.
Sad.
No his rationale is that Will got mad at him when there was so many others to get more more mad at than him.

It says a lot about will smith's current reputation in hollywood that big publications are celebrating this

Jada's the worst thing to ever happen to Will, she's tainted his legacy/career & emasculated him for the world to watch...

if you subtract Jada from his life, all of his problems go away & he's essentially Denzel status as far as his career goes....

He skipped right over all the shyt he's done over the years and in that moment to antagonize the Smiths.
For example, Chris was surprised that Janet Jackson ice grilled him when she saw him.
He conveniently forgot that he shyts on her brother every chance he gets, including last night.

Then he made it a point to mention how much bigger than him Will is.
When you're growing up, your elders teach you that anyone who steps to you can get it and size is never an excuse.
There are thousands of little nikkas who survive in the streets or the system because they refuse to be easy targets.

Come on, jokes about the Smiths boycotting the Oscars because Will didn't get nominated and a G.I. Jane joke is LIGHT WORK. That shyt is barely antagonistic, its poking light fun at someone at best. shyt, the G.I. Jane one is almost so tame and corny (not one of Chris better jokes, pretty hacky tbh) that it's amazing it became so controversial. There's so many worse things Chris coulda said - 2pac jokes, entanglement jokes, nepotism jokes, open marriage jokes, gay rumors jokes, etc. If Will hadn't snapped, everyone woulda instantly forgot that joke because it is a forgettable joke.

He did go harder at the Jacksons (and not just at MJ, he had jokes about Janet dating Jermaine Dupri and her Super Bowl performance too) but which comedian hasn't? The Wayans, Chappelle, SNL, Key & Peele, they all roasted them. Janet has a right to be offended and not fukk with Chris off that but when you're that high of a public figure, guess what? Comics are gonna comic at you.

People mad that he's telling jokes about the situation are fukking morons, he's a comedian...that's what comedians do, especially about things regarding their public life.

I'm so happy that I'm a person that can find some kinda middle ground with shyt. I completely understand both points of view. Shawn Wayans made a skit about Chris Rock getting his ass kicked at the oscars 10 years before it happened...why? To use one of his own bits against him:

I AIN'T SAYING HE SHOULDA SLAPPED HIM... BUT I UNDERSTAND

On the flipside of that, expecting him to square up with Will or just keep it moving without addressing it in his first special since then over some kinda man code is fukking retarded.

Will said he been trying to talk to Chris and the response is he's not ready for that yet. Now that he got that off his chest, it may open up space for them to talk somewhere down the line. Kinda hard to chop it up and peace it out before I actually speak my peace. If he was sincere about that apology (and I think he was) he will chalk that shyt up to the game. He gonna have to eat them jokes like Christ ate that slap.
I don’t understand why people can’t understand this simple concept. It’s not like he freestyler that special, he wrote those jokes last year, he didn’t wait a full year.

The selective outrage is proving his point, smh at dumb people are

Also all this tough talk over the internet is corny, everyone can’t wait to say what they would have done but it’s easy to say that shyt online. I have no reason to believe anyone here would have reacted differently.

This whole thing has highlighted how bad our people are when it comes to handling their emotions.

I haven’t seen the special. Did he say her name since technically he’s supposed to keep her name out of his fukking mouth?
