While I generally agree that 2 hour conversation he had wasn't particularly snitching, it was nasty work. And according to Durk and Young Thug himself, they would consider it snitching.

That’s a good general rule to live by. But just cause you do go talk to them without a lawyer don’t mean you gonna fukk up.

From a literal sense, I don't think any of this is snitching because it can't be used to build a case on anyone, can't be used in court in a separate matter and doesn't implicate anyone that can be charged in the future.

It is cooperating well law enforcement though, at various levels. A lot of "street nikkas" will do the same thing though, the rap shyt and celebrity adds a unique dynamic to this situation but dudes take pleas everyday. Unless a cooperation agreement is apart of the plea, what does it matter? YT seems like he's trying to troll the police in the interview but isn't bright enough to pull it off- I've seen lots of guys break and tell everything and that's clearly not what he intended to do there.

I know Gunna blackballed, that has nothing to do with the leaks. The leaks dont really harm him in any of this imo. He still in the same position.
Going by the call with 21 and Thug. Baby publicly distanced himself from Gunna. Thug basically said them(Future/Durk/Baby) publicly distancing themselves played a role in Thug saying "fukk gunna".
