Well there are about 100 different definitions of what a snitch is in the streets and some of them do require you to be involved in the criminal life. The purpose of snitching is to get yourself out of trouble or get it reduced. John eats on the clock but it’s during the managers day off to avoid getting caught. However, the next day Jane tells the manager that John was eating on the clock the day before. Jane would be called a snitch or tattle tale for that action. Rat ass bytch
Nobody likes a telling ahh motherfukka whether criminal or not. Why you think everyone in the good be quiet and murders don’t get solved? Even a lot of non-criminals adhere to the no snitching code.
