The thing about Thug is, it seems he doesnt belong with the others on your list. It seems like Thug has never killed anyone or known to put in work like the others. That's one of the things that stuck out to me with Ralo's rant. He said Thug never put in work. He said he always had the real killers/gangsters protecting him. He named a few street dudes and then Woody as ones who actually caught bodies.

The fact that he himself has never killed anyone/put in the work and amassed this following of street nikkas is interesting. Baby, 21, Ralo all fell in line after Thug. Some real cult of personality shyt.

Most the people who lead the team, aren't the most ruthless guys in the click. The leaders are typically the most charismatic, loud, attention seeking, and manipulative. They may be violent too but very rarely are they the most violent; majority of the time, thats not really how you become the "leader"...

That said, to my understanding Thug got his hands dirty on his way up. Well over a decade-plus ago at the height of his gay baiting it was always said that Thug was really from the field. Ralo just talking, Thug probably was never the cold blooded type the way some people around him were, but plenty of people have said he was in the streets...

My memory is failing me but I feel like 21 got his card pulled a few times years ago, I think in that 22 Savage situation and I think with someone else too. I dont know if he ever snitched or not, but I'm pretty sure it was already shown years ago he ain't no tough guy. He'll bust something like a lot of nikkas will/would but he ain't no from the soul real tough guy.

I ain't up on the Jay/Juan shyt. I'm a Hov stan, what songs did he mention Juan in, i guess I just never noticed. My guess would be that Hov couldn't have known Juan was a snitch when he was copping from him (because that would endanger Hov), and then once he transitioned out the streets and whenever he found out about Juan and Desiree being rats, he probably rationalized that they not doing "street shyt" or drug business anymore, so why apply street standards to the reality now?

I mean this would be my guess or my rationale if I worked with someone who was a confirmed rat, but you know what, one of the best things Jay does, is he don't be running around explaining his moves to nihgas or social media, he don't run around looking for acceptance. He graduated from his younger self and everything he been doing for over 20 years now is proof of that. Do you see some of the topics across this forum with engagement as high, or even higher, than this thread? I don't get running in threads to poke at people for having that interest though, I just simply don't engage in conversations or topics that don't interest me

Celebrity drama has always interested regular people. This shyt today is what BET News, E News, MTV News, and all the old hip hop magazines were 20, 30, 40 years ago. That's all this is, if this Thug situation happened in 2005 or 1995 it would be on BET News or The Source or Word Up or any of the older platforms of those eras, and us same personalities today, would have engaged in it then. Just consumed it thru yhe mediums that were popular then.

I'm sure plenty of people like yourself rolled their eyes in real time, at the "East Coast/West Coast" rap beefs and all that shyt. Its just entertainment and fodder for most of us, most people aren't that invested in the characters

Juan didn’t snitch it was Desiree who became his wife. Everyone went legit, she’s a woman, and she didn’t tell on their dealings it was cartel shyt not street level shyt so I guess it was overlooked.
