I saw a storybon the news here saying that


My ex's cousin was killed when her car broke down on a hwy in Ft. Worth

She got out the car and was standing by it and a truck hit her
She literally just started her freshman year at TCU too


The bad thing about Texas is they are soo cheap with their infrastructure and constantly doing new road construction that there are hardly any medians for cars to pull over
Half the time it is less wide than an actual car so when u pull over your shyt is still in the road

That's why really u should not even attempt to change a tire unless there is a median that's much wider than your vehicle

I also read Texas leada the nation in law enforcement officers killed by vehicles while writing tickets, attending to pulled over vehicles on the roads



If ya vehicle stalled it's literally best to stay inside the vehicle unless there is an area u can walk to thats off the hwy

Probably texting is the biggest problem. Ive almost hit a few cars that were on the side of the highway. Sometimes its hard to see those cars if traffic is ahead of you. You will need that milisecond that you lose checking your phone. I eventually just stopped texting or checking unless im stopped. R.i.p to this young man. He had no chance with it being a dump truck.

I had a blowout on the interstate in Sept or Oct.

Pulled my shyt over. Jacked up my car, got out the spare and did the damn thing.

Some Mexican dude walked up on me with a bible talking about he just got off a bus has no money, wanted me to drive him 60miles so he could caught another ride to California. Dude literally asked me to drive him 60 miles, I was like no.........

You gotta pay attention to the road. I don't know how motherfukkers be hittin people next to or standing out by their car. I mean I know, they weren't paying attention and didn't give that stalled car enough space. I just don't understand it. This is coming from a guy who hit a woman and almost her kid, I hit a pedestrian not a vehicle. Lil kid ran across what might as well be an interstate. I made a left and he was in the crook of it, mom's chasing after, kid made it across, mom's got bounced. She was ok though. Kid was cryin and shyt. I went to court for it, court dismissed it after 1-2 minutes, kid ran across where nobody should be crossing, mom too. I wasn't at fault. If I would've killed him or her I would feel like shyt.
