Its been brought up before but a lot of it has to do with there ability to network among themselves and the help they get when they first immigrate here

You know good and well all people do on social media is stunt and portray a lifestyle they don't even live.

One main thing that helps the Asian income boost past others.


They build their communities in important, economical, large cities. These are also the same cities that black Americans are fleeing from.


Asians by default live mostly in high income states and metros

I dont think this is fair, considering most of our "households" are one woman and her offspring. The asians ethnicities left their their single moms in their home country, and have 2 parent households in the US.


If you eliminate this outlier of single parents, im certain that black households can outdo the bottom 5 asian categories. Its not that hard for 2 adults to pull in 36k even in the south.

they know someone whos asian that does something they need

and usually first second generation are living off foreign money

I’m actually surprised at the Bengali median income. Many of those people are poor and I recall years ago seeing their media income was far below than what this graph is showing. Maybe I was looking at a wrong stat back then.


For example many of them here in NY live in the hood.
