watch how much sugar you eat ........ watch your weight

That’s a scary sightall these pill popping lean sipping brehs better take note.
It won't be a party for very long especially if you started young.
You either live like this or die like Fredo Santana

Ignorance truly is bliss. Mom's had kidney failure due to hypertension. I never saw her drink alcohol a day in my life. Funny thing is one of her quotes growing up was "drink water and flush your kidneys out"
She'd say that shyt everytime we asked for kool-aid or pop. So my siblings and I would say it to each other to tease whenever we's ask for drinks. I would've never guessed she woulda passed from kidney failure.
Hypertension is a bytch .it's gonna kill me too.
Yes it is. It's how I'm gonna die. Hypertension is a bytch. Strokes. Kidney failure lots of stuff.
You can eat right exercise and still get it. Mostly every black person I know over 50 has hypertension
I know. Even when I feel good I feel bad. Being black in America is some straight up bullshyt everyday.
its not genetic it's the toxic environment we live in and the toxic foods that we consume. its just convenient to blame everything on genetics when doctors don't have the answers or don't want to reveal the true causes.Nah.... People just don't really want to realize that A lot of disease is just plain old genetic.
Nothing can be done about that.
Life is random breh
It’s both. Epigentics plays a role and our environment also plays a role. To prevent disease and maintain a high quality of life for a long period of time, we have to understand what we are more genetically susceptible toits not genetic it's the toxic environment we live in and the toxic foods that we consume. its just convenient to blame everything on genetics when doctors don't have the answers or don't want to reveal the true causes.
especially if you're black, the added stress of being terrorized everyday by white supremacy from day one of birth; ain't no tellin what effects that has on health.
