OK, but who do you think enabled Reid. Arn probably saw that Ric refused to come clean about Reid's problems. shyt, HHH said that Ric lied about Reid's problem and blamed them on faulty substances. WWE never signed Reid because he kept failing drug tests. On the night Reid died from a drug overdose, Ric was the one with him. At that point, Arn probably wanted to say, "You stupid fukk, you let your son die because of your stupid-ass lifestyle," it was better to say nothing at all.

I’ve never researched it thoroughly but it’s always seemed like Dusty was hands on with developing Cody’s wrestling career, and just was there (enough) in his life. Dustin notwithstanding of course, but you know Cody took his death hard, and assists in keeping his name alive.

All that said, Ric did a grave disservice to Reid’s career and life by not being there for him in the same manner. :martin:

He’s trying to make up for it by being there for Ashley but fukk all that he’s still a clown. He’ll drop crocodile tears in your face, then head back to the bar afterwards. The crying replaced the blading. Always some extra unnecessary shyt.

The duality of “Stylin’ and Profilin’” and “Lemme borrow 5 dollars.” Even Russo talmbout he’s hearing Flair practically begged WWE for this latest run on Raw because he got “financial issues.” :snoop:

They low key probably been sick of Flair's shyt since the 80s.

Ric seems like the type of dude you'd have a blast with one crazy night, but to have to deal with someone like him every day would drive a person insane.
