Just do it breh. 'Cause the flip side is that Uncle Sam being ruthless doesn't mean he's dumb. He always operates under the assumption that if he lets you breath just well enough you'll have more to deliver to him (higher up you go, the higher the taxes, unless you become a billionaire by beating/cheating the game).

As long as you don't get caught up on the success and fancy shyt (like the wolf of wall street) you can always strike a bargain with the Uncle, 'cause he ain't interested in your death (especially if your business is booming) he's interested in making you deliver as much dough as possible. Straight up business like.

insurance will eat up a decent chunk of that and if your in a lower income bracket they have charity care to assist or medicaid

but yes the cost of everything is out of wack because for decades its someone else paying for the medical services be it insurance or government assisted programs so there is no free market to really guide a true price for these services and people don't negotiate the cost of care

If people paid stuff out of pocket costs would be more in line towards what people could actually afford

at this point its so convoluted it might be best to have a 2 teir system where there is a government free medical care to cover everybody and those with the funds can do their own private negotiations for better choices and better care
