Hell yeah.

I don’t understand how she let this happen and she doesn’t write? Should’ve had an album out every 14 months.

She’s lucky she lasted this long. Thot rappers usually fade away after 2-4 years.

She should've dropped during COVID when WAP was hot instead of thinking she really had juice like that and waiting. The shock factor of that will never happen again. With Bodak Yellow and WAP she's had two of the most iconic singles in recent memory but neither were on purpose for an album rollout :pachaha:

She had plenty of random hit singles after that album though. Like 6 of them and 2 were No 1.
Hit singles is what kept her relevant, yes. Plenty of rappers have hit singles. Albums that go Platinum are much harder. :whoo:

If her album flops and her stock crashes then media coverage of Cardi is going to tank, and so will paid appearances and endorsement deals. Cardi and her team should stop being afraid and just drop a mixtape or album. Let it be what it will be. It'll at least go Gold, if not higher. These females already rely on doing clown shyt to stay pop-culture relevant.

She's 1 dimensional.

She had her moment but has not proven that she could evolve and remain relevant/interesting.

And with Ice Spice in the scene having her moment, Cardi is flabby n sick.

She’s not a real artist she’s a social media figure with a record deal. No matter how big the initial success or whatever team of writers/producers you have, anybody with a brain knew it wasnt a sustainable music career.

All it takes is another younger socialite to pop off and the label will just carry over those writing/production resources to the next thot with a large following. Rinse & Repeat.
