I remember when i hurt my back and had to take 3 months off any activity. Easily put on 10-12 lbs of likely pure fat (know it wasnt muscle because i came back much weaker).

it's super easy to get chubby and out of shape especially if you are used to being active. Your appetite has probably balanced out to include your activity to maintain your weight. Those 500-700 cals you could burn from a few workouts a week can turn into .5 - 1lb of fat gain a week when you stop.

otherwise easy way to stay in shape is to just do some activity 3 times a week.

You don't even have to exercise, just don't eat certain shyt. Leave the carbs alone whenever possible. Hamburger no bun type shyt. No fries or chips, candy nor soda. :francis:

That weight don't stick have gained 10-15lbs in a weekend. You will bounce back very quickly I'm in my 30s and still bounce back

:stopitslime: My metabolism makes this damn near impossible right now. I wanted to gain weight. Doctor told me that shyt won't happen unless I hit the gym & gain muscle mass cause I burn fat.

You gaining weight while I'd fukk around & be a skeleton. I need to hold some pounds breh. :ufdup:

nikkas don't watch their diet, they get fat, I don't watch my diet, I get skinny af and lose muscle mass. :francis:

I do compound lifts bench. Ohp and row almost everyday during the week. My knees are jacked up but I gotta get some cardio into my routine somehow
