Damn it kinda hurts going into the Booth and not being familiar with the artists being discussed.

The entitlment of so-called "hip hop fans" is off the charts.

They're not willing to do any research or check out anyone that's not being played on the radio every hour, not willing the buy albums of whoever they are interested in, yet want classic albums on a silver platter. :gucci:
This right here. Times have changed. At one point we really were fed classic albums on a silver platter but those times are gone. Anybody can put out anything now and it’s oversaturated the game. But there’s still plenty of dope shyt being made

Whole thread is:

I don't know who they are but they wack...:dwillhuh:

:mjlol:

Push play on some of the shyt in this thread and some of yall barely 30 year old nikkas that think you're really old might be pleasantly surprised to find there are a gang of rappers still making shyt you love and it ain't some corny suburb backpack shyt.

These nikkas is selling out show after show with lines around the block full of hardcore hip hop fans, not a gang of white boys and hipster nikkas either, plus they got the greats acting like fanboys over they shyt.

Dude was dope :ehh:

Yea idk how yall stay up with these guys. Must be on their private social medias or something cuz i cant find really anything on a lot of these guys. Im too old to be doing all that. I aint gon be 32 checkin for 20 year old rappers. Tho i appreciate you guys staying on it so i can dabble.

No offense tho a lot of the guys yall be hyping myst he cause yall starving cuz the a list of today would lucky to ge b/c team wutang in 90s. Microwave music generation doesnt lend to classic material. Guys obviously forcing everything they can.

But shytting on people cuz they dont know tgese guys cuz they aint obsessed anymore like you may be aint the wave. It is WAYYYY harder to find good hip hop today. Easier to find mediocre cookie cutter shyt everyone else doing tho. People say do tye research. Where?

Finding a hip hop artist doing something unique is finding a needle in a haystack. Youll be pressing skip often.

I kinda fukk with the new “fun” wave the kids doing today over the remade boombap tbh

A lot of dudes ain't real hip hop heads like they claim

They got lucky listening to 'it was written' in real time, now they feel like they can talk shyt about hip hop

Some of these clowns don't even know what type of hip hop they like, that's why I don't waste time in those type of threads

Hip hop is like religion to me, so I'm never gonna wake up one day n say hip hop is trash

This, too many people trying to get in the game watered down the music.

And you coukda said something worth substance on here but instead too busy pressing the skip button to communicate.

Listen to plenty of new artists everyday. Rarely does much stick. Stop acting like we had to sit thru 100 trash demos to find that one truly great artist back then.

Literally getting negged by illiterates who take “someone please show me where you keep finding these artists. Blogs? Social media? How” for “fukk you fakkit its hard finding music nown sux my dikk lolzsters765”

The sight of a paragraph gives yall nightmares

Lil Eto

It really is over for me :flabbynsick:
What did it for me was the youngin Sukihana or whatever the hell her name is.

I don't know a thing about any of these kids. If I'm being completely honest, I thought Take Off and Offset were the same person until about a year ago.

Exactly how I feel breh.

Its not painful to me

Cause the music is wack

I was actually proud of myself the first time I read one of the stories of fukcery and I literally had no idea who the people were.

They suck and they deserve to be unknown

Do you feel sad that you don't know all the brussels sport recipes?

Or if they have new flavors of potted meat?

man i dont even be trying to listen to these new ni99as to be honest. The newest people i listen to is Kodak Black, other than that, im cool :scust:

There was a time when people had to jump thru hoops to get on or meet the right person and the right time right place type thing. They had a genuine love for the culture. The internet is a double edged sword imo. It’s good that artists have the ability to have more control over their careers. But it’s bad that anybody with an internet connection can get on

Getting old sucks :flabbynsick:

Rap names in 2019 are beyond awful. No thought behind them.

once I heard that story of a rapper named 'Lil Head Cold' I was through

Lil Head Cold legit sounds like a rapper on the Boondocks
