I've heard of this. Some idiots here in TN got arrested a few years ago for shooting fireworks out of their car. It's a pity that one of the fireworks didn't backfire and cause the whole inside to explode.
I'm surprised fireworks haven't been banned all over.

This has been happening for decades. Just documented now. There are more babylonian-esque behaviors to be concerned about... As long as Roman Candles are sold, people will shoot them at each other.
I understand folks wanna enjoy their lives but there comes a point when u gotta weigh how much having fun is to u being alive.
An event where fireworks and sounds are expected is a very good place for a psychopath to target. His gun shots will easily be mistaken for fireworks.
If u gotta be on edge at any crowded event, that’s a good sign u should probably stay ur ass home.
