Damn, Jordan didn't start eating healthy and working out regularly until he was age 33

Playing against Hersey Hawkins, Kendall Gill, and 12 Cacs a year gives you the good fortune of smoking Cigars, drinking wiskey, and putting health on the back burner
:francis:
Also perimeter defenders like Joe Dumars, Isiah Thomas, John Stockton, Gary Payton, Clyde Drexler, Terry Porter, Alvin Robertson
Handchecking enabled  No Bron Ball  No cheap fouls like that clown Harden, shyt get you stretched out wit no call  No 10 illegal screens in a row to get open like Stephie Curry:mjgrin: Gotta use skill only

You get thru them? Great now you just gotta finish that layup over Hakeem Olajuwon, Shaquille O'Neal, Karl Malone, Patrick Ewing, Dikembe Mutombo, Shawn Kemp, Alonzo Mourning, Dennis Rodman (before Bulls)...

Piece of cake

This is false. Jordan himself said that he hit the gym to get stronger after the Pistons adopted the Jordan rules. He said this in the 30for30 Bad Boy Pistons episode.

Edit: Matter of fact, it was the same year they whooped his ass. Pippen had Migraines that next season so it was 88-89'

That’s incredible if that’s the case but I have some doubts. Distinctly remember reading about how he worked out more and got stronger after the repeated losses to the Pistons in the playoffs and he continued to utilize strength and conditioning workouts from about ‘90-onwards. But he definitely had to work harder to get back into basketball shape and be Michael Jordan again after playing baseball.

I remember that too, that he felt he needed to be stronger after those Pistons series. Maybe it's a case of working off-season vs "regularly" all year long? But for sure he was working out before.

Yeah Al Horford would give Hakeem that work

And Harden would be probably dunking on Mutombo and Shaq's face whenever he feel like it

After all, he dunked on the one & only, legendary Draymond Green, that's the final boss right there :troll:
