Read the magazine story, maybe I phrased it badly, but his shady ass hooker/drugged up/burnt out girlfriend met some idiots flashing money they made in a credit card scam, went with them to a hotel room, saw all their money, bounced back to NY, Max had her and his right hand go to do the job, get the cash. He orchestrated the job, supplied the car, and sent someone he trusted to accompany the girl. Bad decision. I don't respect people who pull jack moves, or set up, get your money, don't get mine. Max was the kind of dude who would be down for a move like that, or they would have never ran it by him in the first place. Not saying he deserved 75 years. But, at least a stretch like Shyne. No one who knew me would ever come at me like, 'I got these dudes in this Holiday Inn in Jersey, we can 'get them for their guap'.
