Max fukked up going with Saluti. He was even sleazier than Saul Goodman, but lacked the legal expertise...he was a hack, trying to get publicity for himself.

Gina obviously was fukked up off X and fukking with the stepbrother and her "friend" too. I think they false snitched to get shorter sentences, and any well-paid defense lawyer woulda got Max off.

French Montana should be paying for the new lawyer
