I can't fault the warriors for signing him you take the best player of you can have him but u can fault kd for being a gutless hoe. And you can't compare leaving a team as a superstar to a normal job breh
Sure you can. CEO'S leave everyday. It comes down to simple human nature. Who wants to work harder just so others can give you props for working harder not smarter? Look at all the open shots he got last night. Only an idiot would pass that up.

Deion Sanders went from SF to Dallas. Two stacked teams. He went to 1 for an easy ring and to the other for money and a ring yet we still love Prime. Nobody shifted on him for not staying in Atlanta with Andre Rison.

Max is right. :manny:

There would have been three contending teams coming into the season if KD stayed or went to San Antonio. Now it's down to two. It likely would have been GS/Cleveland in the Finals again anyway.

The Eastern Conference playoffs have been a joke outside of 2012 when Boston made one last run at it and I don't see anybody in the media whining about that.

There's still plenty of storylines for the season and teams on the rise we can all watch. We're all gonna be hype as fukk for the Finals when they roll around too, regardless of who you want to see win.

Kevin Durant is a complete bytch and his move was the epitome of shallow millenial selfishness.

Kevin Durant is like one of those #relationship goals broads that wants to flaunt on Instagram but would never hold her man down if he lost his job.

This is the worst thing to ever happen to the NBA. KD cares more about his own career checklist than actually competing at the highest level, because there is no competition now. There is absolutely nothing Durant can do that will make me respect him. All you nerds that have never played sports can't understand how weak his move was.

He fukked up the money of every player in the NBA, because the league is going to decline sharply in popularity. He basically positioned himself to be the "king" of an NBA that will be totally uninteresting once the story of Lebron James is over.

The only hope is that Lebron beats this chump KD and his silver spooned side kicks curry and Thompson. If that happens the NBA will reach new heights.

I've never seen one decision affect the future of the league so much. If KD wins, he is a selfish, where is my trophy ass millenial. If Lebron wins, shutting this chump KD out of a title again, he is in a conversation with only Jordan, and we start looking for the next great hope for the NBA.

My Pops Forever RIP
Yes people had San Antonio OKC and the Clippers as challengers to the Warriors before the season started. The Spurs almost prevented them from breaking the regular season win record the final week of the season that was intriguing could GS get it. OKC was up 3-1 against them. The Cavs where favorites but they where not expected to waltz there unimpeded especially after firing Blatt in the middle of the season and with Toronto on the rise.

There's only one team that has a legit shot in the west and it's the Warriors why watch
They were the only team that a legit shot in the West WITHOUT KD. Why are y'all pretending Golden State didn't take OKC's best possible punch and still beat them?

I don't know what y'all were expecting out of this season had KD stayed. He did y'all a favor. He all but eliminated a team y'all didn't like anyway in OKC

They weren't going to move Rondo coming off a rookie contract who helped them win a title just a year ago and was a big part of back to back Finals appearances. They would have played him and LeBron together in spite of the ill fit, and were more likely to move one of the big three which Doc probably would have been hesitant to do because of his bond with that group.

Miami offered none of these complications because it was a roster full of role players + Bosh & Wade, who was far better than anyone on Boston's roster. He had just finished a playoff series averaging 33/6/5 on 56% against them as a top 3 player in the game and it was obvious LeBron wanted to play with that guy because he knew they could rule the conference and likely the league as one of the top duos in league history while having better longevity than Boston at the tail end of their careers (correct, they became irrelevant after 2012). It also helped that the locale was South Beach, that Wade was his best friend, and Pat Riley was the best executive in the league leading a top notch organization.

How do you know LeBron hadn't made his mind up about joining up with Wade and Bosh before his postseason run ended. You don't think they were talking about joining up before the season ended? They were literally caught talking about reuniting mid game last season

whether KD was leaning towards joining them mid series is irrelevant, he played his ass off in that series especially defensively. He was the reason they were up 3-1 to begin with. Where is Westbrook's criticism for shooting 36% from the field with 5 turnovers per game in those three losses? If he plays better, they win too. but now he's a hero despite folding even worse.

what LeBron did isn't different than Durant no matter how much you want to rephrase things that are the same. People just mad he joined the most hated team in the league and made them better.

Kevin durant was the reason they were up 3-1 :dead: same dude that had one the worst on off splits on the team? Team was straight up borderline garbwge when Westbrook sat. Kd also l ost games 5 and 6 by himself by going 8-31+ twice. It's ok to criticize them both without making up shyt
