Only dishonesty here is separating the two acting like one is justifiable but not the other.

Both just did what made them happy regardless of the intense backlash that followed.
Trying to draw a parallel based on that rudimentary assessment while ignoring the huge differences in the situations is dumb and dishonest.

This is so dumb and wrong Im not even sure how to respond.

Why isnt Westbrook accused of throwing the series like the guy that was being recruited all season and became best friends with the opponent and suddenly played like shyt and then immediately left his team to go join that same opponent that just beat him? Did you really ask that asinine shyt?

Your alleged stats are completely bogus and I have no idea where you got them from. Anyone that watched the series knows Durant played like shyt as the series went on. If he was the ridiculous +49 as you claim, OKC wouldve won easily.
So because he shot worse that means he was sabotaging the team? Russ shot below 40% from the field for 2 straight series after shooting 46% FG in the Dallas series was he sabotaging his team, no.

Doesn't matter if he left his team or not, nothing shows that he tried to sabotage his team on the way out. Game 7 he scored 27 on 65% TS and in game 5 he scored 40 on 55% TS. He played horrible in game 6. In those same games Russ shot horribly and was a liability on defense., yet no one accuses him of sabotaging his team(your excuse was basically calling him retarded). Players have bad games, it's not out of the norm.

Forming "The Heatles" was honorable in comparison. You wanna condone that p*ssy shyt cool, we all know he had the "right" to do whatever but comparing his move to Lebron's is off base.

nah its the same thing. Superstars on one team. Doesnt matter if he lost to the team and then joined them. Same concept

Heat was must see tv. NBA hasnt been the same since

Let's say Durant wins a ring this year.

At the end of his career do you think he'd look back and say "damn I wish I just stuck with what wasn't working" :camby:

The regular season has been bullshyt since 1970 something. At least the finals will be hyped.

Anyone that's not clearly biased from there KD hate and actually watched the Thunder/Warriors knows how much of a force he was on the defensive end. :ehh:

Meanwhile Westbrick was jacking up his usual terrible shots and shot 39% on offense and got shytted on by Curry on defense. :russ:

I never seen KD smile as much in a game as he did last game and that was just a preseason game against the
Clippers.

Nikkas was furious when lebron went to Miami and stfu when he won. I vividly remember everyone hating him and wade who was somewhat well liked became a villain too with Chris bosh. When Durant wins nobody will gaf. The GP wont treat or hate him like they did lebron neither so it should be easy.

SAS is (still) right about Durant being a coward. Even if he didn't call Durant a coward.

Max is right about it being ridiculous that Kevin Durant ruined the regular season.
People are still gonna watch the games.

If Charles Barkley was a FA and signed with Chicago after 1993, that would have been a bytch made move too.

It is my most sincere wish that Steph Curry leaves the Warriors to sign with the Cavaliers, just to see this shyt play out in reverse.

And?

SAS is right...the shyt was weak and if you wanted to compare it to Lebron, get in a fukkin time machine and convince him to go and play with KG, Peirce, Allen and Rondo after they kicked his ass. Then and ONLY then would the shyt be a proper comparison.

Exactly.

How people don't understand this point is BEYOND me

Golden State didn't beat OKC in the NBA Finals so the Charles Barkley analogy is flawed. Chuck did go to Houston after losing to them in the playoffs.

And nobody is leaving Golden State willingly in a long time. Those that leave do so because we can't pay them which wouldn't be the case with Steph.

Fine, goofball.

If Jordan left the Bulls to join the Pistons in X,Y or Z year....

:russell:

And Steph SHOULD leave the Warriors to join the Cavs....just to watch you clown Golden State fans defend him the way you're defending Durant. It would be priceless.
