nikka ain't broke. trust me. people file for bankruptcy to protect assets and clear debts. he CLAIMED 67k in assets. that doesn't mean that that was all he had. best believe he got doe in the stash. he's just trying to get the creditors and IRS off his back. it's a common move by rich people...

I did that too, and I am not rich...I had Citi Financial calling me everyday for a measly $1500...Then I told them, you stop calling me because I will NEVER pay you back, and if you send your lawyers at me, I will just apply for bankruptcy...Period.

Then the financial system crashed in 2008, and I have never heard from them again...
