Parker fits better for Philly they need a guy who can shoot,Wiggins Noel and MCW is great defensively but that halfcourt offense 
I thought about it that way, but if they draft logically and the best player available at #3 and #10 and get one solid player in their 5 2nd round draft picks, it should be okay.
They also have enough cap to sign 2 max players or an entire basketball team. I don't think they expect to win next year. The margin or error is big

Brett Brown has said Noel is a 5, but if we somehow draft Embiid I could see them moving him to the 4
