Black LGBT are their own group/community.

They are the black department of the overall LGBT community, which is a multi-racial and multi-cultural community.

Plenty of artists outside of hip hop & outside the country that you never heard of - who are eating well without a crusty white man in their pockets.

No one needs the industry if you got a fanbase.

Whether or not he may be homophobic in private is not what's in question here. He's being judged based on what he said, and if people thought that what he said is specifically homophobic, then they are reaching and just crafting their own narrative that they want to craft. They used to teach people how to analyze these sorts of things in English classes and Critical Thinking class (at an even higher level).

I'm talkin about bands in the Caribbean that tour Europe, the States, and the islands.

You most likely never heard of them because they dont make music in English.

All revenue coming from shows, streams, and album sales.

Granted.... other genres are different from hip-hop because the fanbases remain loyal for 20+ years so artists can eat good for decades.

Rappers fall off within 36 months.

Arly Lariviere been in the game for 25 years... you probably never heard of him but he lives just like a rapper..... all independent.
