They definitely robbed us of some phenomenal Eastern Conference matchups while opening the path for KD to join the Warriors
nah that was ya fakkit ass franchise. first you add two HOFers in 2004 then you try to add Chris Paul to a championship winning squad. you, your aids infested fanbase and front office, and the championships yall dont deserve can eat a dikk

They were in their primes on different teams for several years and never faced each other in the playoffs. Who cares?

Yup. From '03 to '10 they never faced each other. And after '11, Wade was on a decline anyway. We didn't really miss out on anything special that wasn't more than made up for with Heat/Celtics Heat/Mavs, Heat/Thunder, and Heat/Spurs.

Wade and Bron's teams from '05-'10 just were never both good at the same time and either one would always get knocked out early in the playoffs.

This could've been a great eastern conference rivalry that would've brought some energy to the confrence

I remember early on, the buzz in th building when they played each other was electric

This is the down side of not wanting to beat ur opponent and join forces to take the easy route.. fans miss out, the league misses out :snoop:

you aint lying. had the good fortune of attending a miami cleveland thursday night on TNT matchup back in feb 07. crowd was electric, fights breaking out between miami cleveland fans. Wade dropped 40, bron struggled that night, cavs had nobody on the team to guard dwade.

Tied up 20 seconds to go, lebron hit wade with a vicious elbow and laid him out. Got called for the flagrant and cost his team the game. You could see the frustration, dwade was killing his team and they had no answer. That elbow was thrown on purpose with malice.

Yeah we missed out, lotta people underestimate/never saw prime wade surrounded by a capable team. playoff series wouldve been legendary.

at most it was one, maybe two years of prime Wade and Ion even think he had prime Bosh at any point during the tenure. Dude had injury issues in the PO every season it seemed. CP3 has been the difference maker in making Houston the by far and away best team in the L (as compared to Houston last year) while Bosh is out the league and Wade is a bench player. Not to mention going from the CP3 plan to stacking the chips with the best big man in the game and another HOFer in Nash.

Lakers made every effort to build a super team through FA several times since 2000, they're just completely fukking remedial in doing so

The Heat would have still had Bosh and money for another upper tier player. There could have been a dope MIA-CLE rivalry from 2010-2014
even if Miami acquired Bosh and another worthwhile player, it wouldve just been another East giant exposing the impotence that Cleveland's FO had in acquiring talent. theres no narrative that can be made that cleveland eventually starts attracting talent without Bron forcing their hand

I’m talking about when lebron first got to Miami. Wade came off a 26/4/6 on 47% season and Bosh came off 24/10 on 51%. Lebron isn’t a psychic, he came there to play with superstar players. He didn’t know their bodies would break down but if you wanna play that 50/50 hindsight shyt, Karl Malone barely played most of that season with the lakers and got hurt in the middle of the 04 finals. I guess Kobe can use that “things didn’t go as planned” excuses like Lebron can with wade/Bosh huh? Both Karl and Gary were gone after that season too along with Shaq. By the time Dwight and Nash got there was after Miami had spent 2 years together and again, that was a move in response to them and OKC with Russel/Westbrook/Harden who always beat the lakers. And why are you explaining how good Chris Paul is? Part of the reason why people didn’t like Chris Paul going to a “super team” of the lakers is because the NBA would lose more balance after Miami big 3 and That was in 2011.

The 718
rejuvenated how? lowest rated finals? lockout season? rejuvenated the p*ssy era?
LMAO you guys are so delusional with this shyt. Just talking out of your ass with no facts.:duck:

The finals ratings got even better during the Heat era, you moron. shyt the 2011 and 2012 seasons were the highest rated regular seasons ever. They even got good ratings out of the Spurs and that team has always been a ratings killer.

The Heat were an average team prior to Lebron's arrival.

Wade broke down physically after his first 3 seasons with Lebron. Imagine how fast he would have declined WITHOUT him?

He would have been shot by the 2011 All-Star break :russ:
And there it is in only 5 posts..
