He got into the league. We dont need to defend this sort of stuff anymore.
Cats got to understand that the NFL is a BUSINESS and most of the dollars come from White America. They aren't going to let some young dude come in with Lil Baby energy and be the face of the team as a QB. You better have mindblowing talent for them to even think about overlooking that at qb position..
Hmmmm gotta disagree.
Michael Irvin was more flashy and ridiculous than anything Shedeur has shown. We talking about a breh that showed up to a Dallas courtroom IN THE SUMMER with a mink coat on.
He could do whatever because he had skins on the wall.
Prime was flashy because he came from nothing and knew DB's didn't make much $$$. It went from an afterthought position to a Money 5 spot in the NFL....in large part because of him plus changes to the rules to help Peyton, Brady etc.
Shedeur plays the most important position in sports. He grew up on 3rd base and never wanted for anything....and he got drafted in the 5th round. What exactly is he celebrating?
I want him to succeed as an NFL QB but dude is just fukking with his own karma frfr
If the reports are true it’s the interviews and work session with the teams that were the problem more than the on the field.I think your just proving that the way they view the QB position in 2025 is STILL archaic. They just became okay with black QBs who like to run if we are keeping it a buck. Its a natural progression you would start to see more QBs with the same flash youve seen at other positions. Simply based on the fact there are more black players playing at QB. And they dont have to be on pins and needles as much due to negative black QB perceptions.
Gen Z says things like "Im him" when competing. You see guys like Anthony Edwards full of confidence. I do think there was a time it probably rubbed some guys wrong if you havent proven anything. But i honestly dont think younger people would be bothered by Shadeur. Because it seems like a normal thing for their generation from the outside looking in.
Alot of young guys is talking like Shadeur and have the same cockiness. Its just still this false narrative that a QB cant have that same demeanor. I guess it hasnt been proven untrue technically. Closest we could probably say was Cam Newton. But the more black QBs you get, The more your going to see the flash and cockiness about what they do on the field.

You seem like a white washed fakkit. Does he scare you or something? And this is coming from a guy who apparently is supposed to be Tom Brady's protege. Im sure Tom taught Shaduer what's most important is living it up and showing folks you're unbothered![]()
Cost your own business to lose 40 million dollars just cause you were too arrogant to just Play the gameAs a business Shaduer has the biggest following and get the most attention out of anyone in the draft. He is also the most marketable and will sell more tickets than anyone else. Even his haters watch all his moves.
I don’t think they are okay with in the interview process, especially when you are t considering an elite talentYeah, but was the problem that he just wasnt saying things they are USED to QBs saying? They are okay with QBs running black now and not standing in the pocket. NOW the question is are they okay with QBs acting like some of us act? With the flash, bragging, less humble demeanor? And yes we have seen they are okay with it from white QBs? But the verdicts out if they are okay with it from black QBs.
I do agree with you about it was more than just that. But the discussion needs to be had for the next crop of black QBs. Because i still do think some of that white QB bias is at play.
