She has 3 kids by 2 different men(not including the one in her belly by dad #3). 2 out of 3 of the kids that she already has are autistic. All of her kids fathers were married or in a relationship with a different woman when they were conceived (I think she said this on her youtube channel)

I don't think that they are 100% sure if she lost custody of her kids or not. She does travel frequently though. She leaves her daughter with the father and leaves her autistic sons with their father's sister. I think she only pays the father's sister.
