That's a not a bad thing. You don't want all those cats moving here. I'm moving back to D.C. for career reasons I could easily see myself coming back when I'm in my 30s to settle down. Nice city. Centrally located. Good food. Dope nightlife. Not too expensive. Gorgeous suburbs.

It's a great city, being a New Yorker now living in Denver....I could admit I didn't appreciate as much as I should've while I was there.

Compared to LA/NYC, the attractive girls (7+) are usually very approachable and chill
