Philly is not a thot destination city so a lot of our top tier thots move to Atlanta , la , and Miami. Because of that I like to base a city on the hood LOCALS not the bytches at the club who might not even be from that city
I laugh when people talk about NYC and DC producing bad bytches. Half them bytches BE FROM PHILLY.
I lived in the suburbs for a decade and just moved to mount airy. Man it's out here for me. I think this side of Philly got the best jawns cause the median income in Germantown, mount airy, west oak lane etc is higher than say west and north Philly

Oh and I'm from south Philly and I have no idea where that stigma of south Philly girls robbing nikkas came from. Never seen or heard of anyone personal experience of that , it's just an urban legend
