They had him dead to rights with that ambush. Even with a gun I find it hard to believe anyone would recover fast enough to find cover and return fire in this situation.

No it has nothing to do with the hurricanes. Under act 22 you pay very little on capital gains. I will save more in taxes than I make working so it makes sense for me to move to PR. There are a shyt ton of millionaires living in PR for tax reasons. I only have to be on island six months out the year.
