It's a foregone conclusion that nobody leaves the good part of their own country to go to the bad part of another country. And every country has a bad parts and poor people. I mean as we speak we have tens of millions of Americans in food Lines because of a single missed welfare payment, but That's obviously not indicative of America as a whole.Maybe I’m misinformed but I thought that country was dirt poor and has a massive garbage/pollution problem
Generally when expats talk about going to a different country, The discussion is focused on moving to The foreign country's equivalent of bel aire or soho or the Hamptons. And every nation on earth has these places, so it's a matter of getting more bang for your buck and getting in with a culture you jive with in those good spots.
It's the same way somebody who is a brittish or singaporean or german expat isnt trying to visit skid row, kensington street, or the entire state of west Virginia When they want to chill in America.
