my ex is vegan and she wasnt in good shape at all lol...she wasnt obese or fat...but if she ate cookies & bullshyt all day she woulda been fat really easy...shyt opened my eyes because i was a meat eater and as a dude i was in better overall shape than her and she exercised more than i did lol
