If doing too much was a house....I can’t even hate on breh. Dude seem like one of those yolo ass nikkas that live for the moment. You take a lot of wins and a lot of losses with that strategy. But the wins be big and the losses be big.

he should have added some sustainability to it and more tech. An elaborate rainwater harvesting system would have been cool. I saw some solar panels but there could have been more. Don't think they mentioned anything about intercoms throughout the property.
