She’s rigged cases before to keep criminals in jail, so she easily do it for other cases where it’s obvious that they did to it and the proof that they did.

I been around Nikkas running from the police my whole life, trust me it's more stressful than having a job. I don't care how much money you make constantly looking over your shoulder gets old . Mentally and physically.
Yep especially these petty crimes that end up in murder. You rob someone of 200 dollars or a Iphone and in the process kill them. Now you're spending 20+ years in prison when you could have gotten a regular 9-5 and gotten that money in two months.
