I don't like nothing coming out my account unless I approve it.

My sister works in the business sales department for cox and she has people calling trying to get refunds for auto pay. All theyre doing is giving credits for half the price you paid or suspending your service. She's working from home and gets probably 20 to 30 calls per day from people closing down or wanting a refund. shyts crazy
