They aren’t Ohio has some of the best wrestlers(whites), and tons of white NFL players too. It’s just an athletic place.

Because Ohio has a lot of slavic descended people. Alot of eastern Europeans are good in sports like track&field, wrestling/boxing.
Ohio has alot of people of slavic(alot of Polish) decent. Much of the midwest and Texas(German) have the same good athletes
