So. Who was the car jacker? I'm assuming the guy in the car with the AR? Because the way the guy with the pistol pulled up, didnt seem like he was intending the jack the vehicle. He came up from the back with someone already in the car. Im thinking the pistol guy was trying to get his car back?

I think people over exaggerate the self defense laws in NY. A few years back an Italian dude killed 2 black dudes in Harlem cause they tried to rob his business. Killed them with a shot gun and he didn’t even get handcuffs put on him.

a old friend of mine also stabbed a crip dude around my way to death with a knife after the crip dudes tried to rob him and he also was let off.

If the self defense is blatant I believe you can beat it anywhere. The issue is when the beef is complexed that’s where strict gun law places might mistakenly lock you up whereas a loose gun state will still have you beating the case (stand your ground).
Is it legal in NY to shoot intruders in your home?

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.

Both articles mention that both men used self defense and the only questionable thing would be a gun charge.

More then likely both of these men are at home chilling drinking ice tea. Gun charges are not hard to beat either. Every one I know who has a legit attorney has beaten gun charges. It’s only poor folks who can’t get a good attorney who lose at those cases.

If you don't know vcqb then it's expected to miss.

Most people see the vehicle as an obstacle and use it primarily as defense to hide or shield. But it's actually an asset. If you know how to use it then that other guy is dead to rights.

Yeah.. If you a pretty good shoot, you can use the car as a pivot, to push the other guy into a position to take him out.. Making him circle the car in a direction you want him to..

Look like self defense dude had the pistol in right hand the whole time then dude came out with the AR. Breh spared his life he could’ve finished him if he wanted too and the dude with the pistol shoot first.

that scream he let out:mjlol: I know shouldn’t be laughing

And some folks will come in here and look at this video and say that the solution is more guns, not less. Wow.

Nah bad guys always gonna have guns it’s too many of them. All I saw was an law abiding citizen exercising his 2nd amendment right protecting against an armed carjacker. A true patriot right there.:salute:

How? We have laws that are suppose to stop these things from occuring and they work for about 99% of normal people. It's called "Murder" if you commit it you go to jail for a very long time or for life. If someone doesn't care about the murder law then....
People hate the talking point, because guns are the only position that conservatives hold the view point of "You cant stop it, so dont try to pass laws about it."

and the only reason they make an exception in the case of guns is because their politicians want donations from the NRA
