I only liked the Nipsey, Nas and Styles featured songs:ehh:

...First 48 intro really fooled me to think Jada finally had that one classic album:yeshrug:

i felt like You Dont Eat and Jason were pretty fire...same with that Aint Nothin New joint with Nipsey and Ne Yo...fans just dont gravitate toward that sound anymore.

Dude should have dropped this as his first single or whatever. The last time I remember checking out anything Jada was when he did that barbershop video. In there I'm sure was a track from his album and I went :russell: "Typical dull discog"

Last weekend, my little brother's playing Jada's album and I heard You Don't Eat. I was like ":ehh: Maybe I should check out this album"

Swizzy did that You Don't Eat beat, right? It's always cute how the Coli hates on Swizzy, then props up some mediocre here-today, gone-tomorrow producer :mjlol:

Album was his best but still mediocre. The mixtape he dropped few months before was better

Didn't he sell like 100k first week? What kinda split he got with Def Jam? Independent (50-70%) is like half a mill depending on your percentage and taxes. People so desensitized by numbers, they forget what they actually stand for. Selling 10k is a decently yearly income and more than what people make working, but we've been programed to look at anything less than Gold (or 250,000 in this climate) as a flop. It was marketing ploy designed to make the artist feel like he "failed" so the label can use that as leverage to keep him under their thumb.
