I remember Napster being the go to place, before i discovered Audiogalaxy(RiP) and Soulseek (found soooo many rare songs on here). Then i went to Kazaa (
) ,then Kazaa Lite 
then my final peer to peer program was WinMX (highly underated) before i went to mIRC.
After that i kind of stop checking for music as it got worse and worse.
As for the internet in general,shyt, i have so many tales

I still own so much of the stuff listed in this tread. My father and I have always been techies and we both kept most of our toys through the years. My garage is a museum to 90's-2000's tech. Sh1T I still have a laserdisc and HD-dvd in my home theater setup.
I came across my zip drive the other day. Then I remember being soooo geeked when I copped that 1-2x cdrw drive my sophomore year of college. Cost like $200+ I was the only dude in my entire dorm floor that had one until the next year.
