To make a long story short i got a fukked up toothache. Kept me up all night. Aspirin ain't workin. Orajel ain't workin. Course i need to see a dentist but i need tha pain to go away NOW!

if the oil is too strong just use clove powder... then go to the dentist..

advil or ibuprofen is better for toothaches. also try to eat something light if you can along with some water. will kick in faster.
get to the dentist asap. if its hurting bad its probably infected. will probably need a round of antibiotics to tame it before they can do anything.

Go to dentist. I had a bad toothache a couple years ago and went to dentist to get X-rays. Nothing wrong with my teeth tho. After the fact Turned out I had a bad sinus infection. Dentist prescribed me 30 percs for a sinus infection

Go to the store,or if you already have some vodka in the house. Swish it around and hold it in your mouth,and repeat until the pain goes away.
If that fails,you can always drink it until you black out
I'm not joking though,I was in pain one night and couldn't go to the dentist and it worked. Because vodka is good against certain bacterias which may be whats causing your toothache.
