Even if Bryan did come back, he doesn't have to chase for a WWE Title. He is too over for that but stans will get vocal about him not having it.
It doesn't look right. To have him, the guy they paid to see, be underneath the top title and storyline. Had he kept the IC title and not got injured, the crowd of made his storylines and matches bigger than the US and WWE title feuds. Easily.

its SO DESPERATE. they can't deflect THE FACT that their god Daniel TA had to give up title belts ruining whole summers because he's too frail to run with the wolves, that they bring up a clinically diagnosed shoulder of randy orton. He's a gladiator for even wrestling as frequent as he does, and taking care of his body, unlike bryan who goes to voo doo clinics and heals himself with honey and ginger.

it was going to protect the new guys at the top, add credibility to the US and IC belts, and showcase the midcard...but no, he effed up because you can't cure serious injuries with Ginseng and Acupuncture. The US belt actually holds as much or more weight now STILL as a result of that.
