I'm hearing the rumours coming out are that he's gonna comeback maybe just before Mania season to build for that show and it looks like with Cena and Bryan out they'll still rely on part timers

Great time to be a mid-carder

Don't get ya hopes up breh
There's interesting stuff in that interview.

Him confirming he'd go back to the indies and wanting to work in Mexico if things with WWE don't work out (and even talking to Cena about it).

Admitting that getting a definitive "No" from the 3rd doctor would be a big blow and would be dumb to go back to wrestling.

Not being sure about working in wrestling when he can't wrestle...but not wanting to let it go because that's all he knows and is creative outlet for him.

Daniel Bryan - "I think it could be the end of my WWE career" - PWTorch

Daniel Bryan made a big statement about his career standing in WWE while in Singapore for a WWE promotional event.

Asked about his ongoing concussion recovery, Bryan was quoted by a Singapore newspaper: “I think it could be the end of my career in WWE, but I don’t think it will be the end of my career.”

Bryan has reportedly not been cleared by WWE’s medical team to return to the ring. However, he has said in past interviews that his own independent doctor cleared him to return.

“I could find another passion, but it would just be sad because this is what I have been most passionate about since I was five,” Bryan said.

The article noted that Bryan has been training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu while waiting to get clearance from WWE doctors. UFC fighter Ben Henderson recently noted that Bryan is actually quite good.

“He was out with some injuries in WWE,” Henderson told Sporting News. “He came to our gym and moved up to blue belt in jiu-jitsu under my coach John Crouch. Every time I go in there, he’s working his butt off. I heard he was pretty strong and actually surprised me with how technical he is. A lot of guys have a hard time learning all those techniques. I heard he was really great at being able to use his technique and not relying on his strength. He’s smooth and does jiu-jitsu really well.”

At the end of the day, there’s also schoolteaching, as evidenced by Bryan’s passion for the environment and helping students built a terrarium while in Singapore.

:martin: Cleared Tommy Dreamer to wrestle but no Bryan.

You have one of the top wrestlers on the planet on your roster and you want to use him for international promotional tours. :snoop:

And he was cleared weeks ago to wrestle but you'd rather bring in some ECW has-been who basically has early dementia from his long history of concussions. The fukk? :stopitslime:

If he's not part of the rumble then it's officially over. They could be saving him as a surprise for that

And have him overshadow Roman Reigns again and have the crowds chant for him nonstop? No chance. Bryan isn't coming back. If the WWE doctors cleared Tommy Dreamer to compete when he clearly shouldn't have been then this whole situation has nothing to do with concussions.

We need the GOAT to save us. It's ridiculous how they won't clear him just because he's more over and more beloved by the audience than Roman.
