quick question: when Bryan was in the title chase, how many of you DB fans bought his merchandise, watched the Raws he was on, and actually BOUGHT the PPVs he main evented?

dont get me wrong, DB is that dude but as @krackdagawd said, this could lead to more harm than good for DB in the long run (Vince getting sick of it and sending DB in the Bushes with Ryder)

These Zack Ryder comparisons are way off. Bryan has a cult fanbase from ROH and the indies along with overall acclaim for his exceptional wrestling skills. The WWE has tried desperately to bury Bryan and it has failed every time. It would be impossible for Bryan to get to Ryder status. And as much of a Ryder fan I was during his peak, he was corny as hell. His ring skills were average at best and his gimmick would have gotten old. He wasn't getting past the midcard.

This right here is making me seriously consider tearing up my TSC card. Ryder was never as over as DB is right now. As I said give him the ball and if he fails then so be it, they can bury him so deep he ends up in China but he deserves the chance.
