The problem is DC spars with Cain who has crazy reach as well. DC is fights in overdrive THE ENTIRE FIGHT. He won't even give Jones a chance to breath and think of doing 'tricks'. He's going to do Jones like Chael did Silva in the first fight. You heard it here first.

Chael was apparently that dude who would step to anyone. I'm not a fan of his at all, but imagine if the next guy to fight cain was injured, and chael stepped up? That would be some pride style mismatch shyt I would LOVE to see. brutal fatality

Lots of fighters thought they could close the distance. Once they realize that's not happening, the fight becomes much more predictable (forced to shoot), in Jones' favor, imo. Also I'm not sure what hitting Jones glove/hand/forearm will do other than sap Cormier's energy. Cormier presents legit threats, but don't let the Hendo fight fool you, jones is not getting vertically suplexed or ragdolled like Hendo. I'll be the first to say I was dead wrong if Cormier blankets Jones to a decision win. Or knocks him out.
