Daniel has a choice in what jobs he takes tho, no one is asking him about race SOLELY *because* he’s Black. The most well known parts he has taken are racial and invite racial dialogue
the actual real life work equivalent of this would be if you volunteer to throw a MLK Day/Black History Month/Black power party at work and then you get upset because the boss asks you, “Jason, how do you feel about the party?” Ask the boss why he keeps asking you about race, Black history, and MLK leading up to the event you volunteered for brehs 
because you’re not ‘the race guy.’ Like... nikka you volunteered for this role 
and took several checks. Daniel chased Lena Waithe around badgering her to be in Queen & Slim, he didn’t even audition. The movie didn’t hit like they thought now ppl are distancing themselves from ‘the race talk’ 
okWhat, they should have subjected him to a wokeness purity test before he tried out for the role? And who gets to administer that test? And who would pass?

It should go without saying that Black people should have no boundaries and limitation based on race yet we have Black people arguing against this notion. Either the point went over their heads because they are stupid or they are being willfully ignorant to perpetuate the sentiments of division. I understood Daniel perfectly and English isn't my first language.
