The biggest issue with Ainge is his drafting, he seems incapable of drafting a big man that can help his team and the amount of picks just wasted on PGs is astonishing.

At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if other GMs are tired of trying to deal with Ainge and ask for something absurd for a star player. I'm not crazy about Gasol for them because he's such an awful rebounder and that's one of their biggest weaknesses. Nurkic or Cousins would have been perfect for them.
I wouldn't be shocked if he traded Thomas this summer. I don't see any scenario where he pays IT next summer.

Rim protectors don't grow on trees. They're expensive in free agency and there aren't any near the top of the draft board this year.
Of course, Ainge could've had Nerlens Noel at the deadline but keeping Terry Rozier was more important.
Why would Hayward leave Utah for Boston though? He's already in a better situation and can get paid more.
