Gay sex is a victimless crime though, if two people consent to it then no one is harmed so the death penalty for that is obviously immoral. The difference between adults and kids getting STDs is that the adult can consent to sex and should know all the risks + info about protection. An 11-13 year old boy/girl could be responsible enough to have sex (with someone else of that age) but most state's laws don't have the consent age that young because people realize that a little kid's/young teen's capacity isn't big enough to make responsible decisions Your opinion could be different because it's all subjective, but I think it's a good law

Once again are we talking about laws or morals. An 11-13 can decide if they want to have sex or not. FACT. In fact alot of them are biologically told it's time to have sex. Now if it's about law and all laws must be upheld then i guess you think it's cool for certain countries to murder homos. And you dont have to be a child to be victimized. Just like you dont have to be an adult to be a predator.
So once again is your point about morals or about upholding laws?

I never said all laws were just or should be upheld I said homosexuality is a victimless "crime" and shouldn't be treated as a punishable offense. I also never said that you had to be an adult to be a predator or a child to be a victim. The bottom line is that the laws were put into place to protect kids from being violated and protected from diseases and such. I'd trust two 16 or 17 year olds fukking before I did two 11-13 year olds, they should just know more about it at that point and take better measures to protect themselves. They can decide to have sex at that age if they want, but that doesn't make it legal or right (to me). Morals are different from person to person, and I personally don't think a minor is ready to fukk until their mid-teens.

I personally think a dude getting fukked in the ass is disgusting. My point is stop trying to use the law in your argument as a talking point cause it can easily be used against you and stop talking like your moral code is of value over anyone else's. Cause it's not. If a 14 yr old bytch want some 21 yr old dikk and he wants her,who's a victim and why? Cause the law said so? The law says alot of things.
