I think most non black truly don't grasp the seriousness of the word. But to each it's own.
I have seen people get dropped and knocked out a lot over that in real life for being too reckless with that term its a new video every week of somebody getting beat up every day on YouTube people just ignore this though and act like this don't happen too

Yes they do. Gage Park, Marquette Park, Back of the yards, south east by the Indiana border, Humboldt, Uptown, Rogers all have mixed black and Hispanic neighborhoods. It's not as prevelant as east but it's here
