Breh I'm not asking a young kid to make sacrifices, and he would be making significant sacrifices, for something that isn't life and death. Especially after all the hard work he's put into it. It just sports, not every school needs elite athletics
Going to an hbcu is a sacrifice?

From an athletic development and facilities/resources standpoint yes. A huge sacrifice
I guess. Like I said in my original post, though. It's a shame that we can't keep BLACK stars in the BLACK community.

That "athletic development and facilities/resources" problem wouldn't be a thing if some of these players decided to go to hbcus and generate $$$ for the schools.

Fukk all that.

USC didnt get the best QB outta Cali (Tennessee did) or the 2nd best QB recruit. :lupe:

if we're gonna get our militant on at least get it right, UCLA is a PAI (asian), not a PWI. haha.

anyway a young man deciding to go to westwood and attend the #1 public school in the known universe is never a bad decision.
Berkeley and Michigan would like a word. Personally, I favor Michigan :mjpls:

Today was early signing day and he came back to the school. They ask him why he signed with the Bruins and this was his answer. We always fist bump each other and today was our last doing it:wow:

Not sure that it's fair to put the onus on children to make the HBCU's a viable alternative financially. Seems like that should be the responsibility of the administration and the alumni.
