And if/when he gets us to treadmilling in the playoffs then we can look for a coach that can take the team to the next level Borrego was a development/culture change guy that did his job and hit a wall. Its not like coaches are lifetime appointments.

There less than a handful of coaches in the NBA *historically* that take a team from a rebuild all the way to championship contention too.

I actually think Dantoni would be better off in a small market considering how he caught shyt from all sides in NY and LA. shyt, Iirc Houston had a top 5 team on both sides of the ball before Harden and Ariza choked in game 7.

He used to be like that when the Hornets were his main focus. Overall its been great since he stepped back to let folks breathe a bit.

Now he just pops in every few weeks to show his disgust then heads back down to the NASCAR track
