lol no i will def leave a mofo hanging. i'm not a beefing type person, for you to get to that level with me than you gotta do some dark shyt.
They'll get a head nod from me cuz straight up refusing to acknowledge someone, at least in public seems petty and childish, and very passive aggressive IMO, but they def don't get daps. If I don't care for someone, I will outright let them know that it'd be best for them to stay under my radar if they don't want drama to pop off

I will say this though.
Dap/Pound and handshakes are two different things to me.
If I dont like somebody, I dont want to shake their hand. If they dont like me, I dont want to shake their hand but I'll give them a closed fist pound instead.

I'm in a similar situation like this with a co worker, but I never dap him up because he tried to snitch on me and it backfired but even before that I never dapped him up.

Ignoring people happens to be one of the biggest signs of passive aggressive disrespect around and everyone recognizes it. Leave him hanging and you blatantly disrespecting him, but you dap him and you gon compromise yourself. I usually just hit em with the dap, but then i give my homies a greater level of dap (usually the dap/hug combo) to differentiate.
