I feel like this season is the appetizer before the main course of season 2. Daredevil show has been off air for several years so now they’re just setting the table. Making sure everything is in place so that we will feast on Season 2, which why I like this approach. They aren’t rushing things which I feel only works to the benefit of this type of show.

Season 2 is actively filming right now fam

I don’t mind the non action eps but this was not as good as last weeks ep, which I thought was very compelling and emotional.

Black dude was meh and kinda useless. I get what they were saying about the system and how it locks in on the wrong ppl (while ayala died and none seemed to care) but it didn’t hit.

Seems like this will be the last of the strictly Matt and Mayor Fisk episodes so that’s good.

Looking forward to seeing DD pop up next week.

That was SEVEN years ago. In 2018, Netflix and Amazon were the only streamers around. Disney+ wasn't around then, Paramount, Max, Tubi, none of them. I don't know what kind of gotcha moment you think this is, but all I got is an old gif that I forgot about that I now saved.

You called the OG which was an action crime drama the best superhero show but now you’re saying because people want that they don’t have attention spans just so you can counter anyone being critical of this show.

In other words you’re MCU/Disney SHILLING

I enjoyed it. Wouldn't really revisit. Daredevil set the bar so high at this point the other shows they're just trying to keep up but most of them fail to come close.

I'm ready for the next seasons of Luke, JJ and DD but move on from The Hand, I'm tired. Danny was better in this but it's gonna take a lot for me to watch a second season of Fist. Every time he mentions "chi" I roll my eyes.

Yeah, S2 is gonna be crazy. Curious to see Dario and the creative team fully take over for the last two eps of this season. I don’t think we’ve had single ep yet where it’s solely been their vision. They’ve managed well working with the remnants of the pre-overhaul stuff, but those final two eps will be more indicative of the show’s tone for the rest of the run.
